3rd RE deals using LOoCW. Always on top of things. Superior communications. Puts real estate pressures on a lower level.
I always ask after using a business or establishment:
"Would I use them again?"

The best way to describe our interaction with Zalman and Leysith of the Law Firm of Conrad Willkomm is that it was a job well done. Zalman and Leysith responded to our desire to close early. They handled the added pressure with ease and guided us and the seller through, what often appears to the layman, a confusing process. The patience and expertise they exhibited exceeded our expectations. We have used their law firm in the past and we have never been disappointed. Both my father and I recently worked with Conrad and his helpful staff in preparing our Wills. We were very pleased with the fact that we were able to see him right away vs another female attorney in town who wasn't anxious to help anytime soon.
His staff was friendly and accommodating and made the whole process very easy for us. Conrad listened intently and met all of our expectations !
I'd recommend him for his caring nature and the comfortable way things went so smoothly for us.
