I was referred to Enita Kushi by a trusted friend after both my parents died and I had a health issue which caused me to ponder (once again) my own mortality. Enita was wonderful. She spent to time listening to my estate planning goals such as updated our wills (mine and my wife's), providing for guardianship for our younger daughter (in the event we both simultaneous passed away), and creating an Irrevocable Grantor Trust for some after-tax assets that were at risk in the event of a liability lawsuit. It takes careful and confidential discussions and consideration to accomplish this kind of estate planning. Enita is knowledgeable about her craft. She listened to all my questions and provided wise counsel. Now, my wife and I are confident that our assets and family are properly protected. What a relief!
