We were quite concerned about the legal aspects and logistics of selling our condominium in Naples, Florida, in that we are residents of New Jersey, and hadn’t been to Naples since the outbreak of COVID. Referring the matter to Threlkeld Law, we were assured that the process of closing on our condo should be a smooth one, despite what another attorney had told us. Indeed Threlkeld Law was true to its word handling all aspects of the closing in a seamless fashion. Especially appreciated was the follow-up from Joel Threlkeld who when we had a series of questions on a weekend day, despite his being on vacation, he got back to us promptly with helpful answers. Likewise we greatly appreciated the work performed by Veronica Hepp who not only responded with helpful answers to our many questions, but was able to reassure us about various aspects concerning the closing. Finally when Joe and Veronica were not available, Marilyn Almodovar was ready to jump in to keep the process moving along. Thus based on my experience, I would heartily recommend the services of Threlkeld Law to anyone requiring legal services in Florida!
