Responsive to my questions and needs !!

I cannot say enough exceptional things about Ross Title. They are the most professional, kind, caring title office I have ever had the opportunity to work with. All of the staff is extremely detailed oriented and everyone works together on a file. You can always reach someone in the office and you never feel as if you are bothering anyone. Christian Ross is the best attorney I have ever had the privilege of working with. He is kind, professional, knowledgable, a problem solver, and always gives every deal and client as much time as they need. As a Realtor, Ross Title is the ONLY title company I prefer to work with. My clients and I have been thrilled with the service received from Ross Title for the past several years, and the professional relationship will only keep moving forward from here. You will not find a better office than Ross Title in all of FL. 5 Stars does not do this company justice.

This title company/Attorneys office is professional and informative. The office is beautiful and welcoming too. Closings can be stressful for sellers and buyers but this attorneys office makes you feel relaxed and explains everything to you during the process. I highly recommend this office for all your real estate needs.

As a real estate company owner, I love working with Ross Title. They are hard workers and if I have legal real estate questions — even on a weekend — I can text Don and/or Christian Ross (father and son attorneys) and get my answers. Better yet when I get those answers they are in public-ese. The Ross folks aren’t just kind, prompt and patient with me, my agents, and my buyers and sellers, they are good teachers (explainers). They also never make us feel bad should a deal they’ve worked hard on not come together for whatever reason … they just move onward with a smile to the next opportunity…😀

Several mistakes were made by the staff. Incorrect date on check for deposit, missed expenses of $980 on settlement amounts.

My husband and I were in the process of closing on a property. Something totally unexpected popped up just a day before our closing date. What was supposed to be an easy closing suddenly turned into what could have been a nightmare, a lost opportunity, or the cause of lost sleep for many months ahead. We contacted Christian at Ross Title . He was patient and understanding as we tried to explain our situation. Christian made calls on our behalf to get more information and a clearer picture of what was going on. We had a very difficult decision to make. Under his wing of knowledge and experience we were able to go forward knowing that we had all the facts and a better understanding of our situation. Plus, Christian told us that we would be welcome to contact him if we needed him in the future. We moved in our new home and can truly enjoy it without having to worry about the future. If you are in need of a Title Company, Ross Title is the company to call.
