I had a free consultation with Attorney Iken a few weeks ago. He was very informative and straightforward. I had considered doing a phone consultation because of my work schedule, but I am glad we met in person. We spoke about several options which gave me food for thought. The fee, although reasonable, was not an amount I could pay right away. I am a mortgage broker in the Pasco County area. When people are applying for a mortgage I have to ask their marital status. Recently I had a what I thought was a single lady to find out 2 weeks before closing she had a husband. She had to find him to sign the mortgage or not close. Of course she did not want him on the mortgage and needed a very fast divorce. I referred her to Jeremy and he found her husband and divorce was final in 2 weeks. Just got done getting a consult. It was refreshing hearing someone that told me the truth for a change. I was told to wait and not file yet. Another lawyer seemed to be in a rush to get started. They are not cheap but at least you get the truth. I plan to go back when the time is right.
