I have learned that the focus on the facts and not inserting emotion into the system worked to my advantage. Bruce guided me through meditation and the best outcome for me was achieved. We went in for a “ consultation”. My husband and myself met with Howard. What a wonderful gentleman. He was knowledgeable and respectful. He did say to begin with let me explain what happens here today. We discuss the important details and we then together discuss what you would like to be the outcome. If our expectations don’t match for whatever the reason that’s ok. “ I want to provide you with realistic expectations and make sure we are on the same page. “He didn’t seem to give false hope or feeds us BS. I went into the meeting today expecting to be buttered up. When we walked away both he and us had a full clear understanding of the route we will be taking. He was so nice and listened intently. He asked what seemed to be appropriate questions that were relevant to the case. Thank you very much for being up front and honest and giving us a clear view of the road ahead.

Mr. Iken & his staff treated my case with integrity & honesty. I was served with (2) different wage garnishments which caused great concern to me. Mr. Iken (regardless of garnishments) personally retuned my call (s) A.S.A.P; gave me instructions and educated me with what needed to be followed through; explained what the outcome he believed to be based on the information provided to him. Mr. Iken always stated another possible outcome and what I needed to do if that was to have happened. Mr. Iken is very honest & up-front. Never at anytime did I feel belittled whatsoever.
