I was involved in an auto accident about a year ago in which the accident was not my fault. I suffered both neck and back trauma. The person responsible was under-insured so I sought out Scott's services because of the recommendation of a co-worker. Over the course of several months through the settlement process, I feel that both Scott and his staff did a great job of explaining how the process worked, answering any and all of my questions, and communicating with me. Scott was very good with giving advice using his experience and expertise as an attorney. His law office was able to secure a fair settlement on my behalf. The final settlement was significantly better than Scott's conservative figures. (It was over $8k better than what he quoted me!) What a wonderful surprise that was.
