They say consumer protection, Yet they would not help me because I previously had an attorney that stopped communicating with me. They should be more transparent when advertising there services

At the time, I was in California working, and he was able to find time to talk to me about my case. He was very confident in his work and what he may or may not be able to do. He provided consistent feedback via email and phone. He was proactive in my case and gave realistic outcomes that can occur. The bottom line he helped me beat the case, and I am TRULY GRATEFUL!

I was referred to Taras by a close friend who had used Taras' services in the past. They had told me about Taras in the past and I knew he was the one to call! In 2019 I bought a Tesla model S. It was advertised to have Autopilot and was sold to me with my understanding that it had it. Once I was a thousand miles away from the dealership I realized that I had been misled. The dealership denied any wrongdoing and told me that they represented the car accurately. They are very thorough and not once did I feel as if I was being talked down to or deceived. I was very happy that they took my case. I went to Taras Rudnitsky law firm back in September of 2014 with a major problem where a car dealership did some illegal things from illegal repossession of the truck I purchased from the dealership but before going to meet Taras Rudnitsky it looked like I called every attorney in Florida for help and nobody was able to help me I even called the state attorneys office and office of financial regulations no help when I met with Taras Rudnitsky in his law firm I was sort of scared because I thought maybe it would be a lost cause again but he and his wife Tina made me feel at home and when he said that he will take my case for a very small retainers fee I was so happy because every attorneys I called if they could help me they wanted to charge me a arm and a leg but long story short not only did Taras Rudnitsy win my case and got me way more than what that trashy dealership had taken from me. so if anyone who is going through some kind of consumer problem and don't know where to turn and it seems like there is no place to go please call the Rudnitsky law firm his wife Tina will answer.
