The experience was very professional, going through deposition was respectful, I was prepped up so didn’t feel completely overwhelmed, wanting justice and change in the nursing facility industry is what this law firm stands for. I called a senior advocate company for advice on pursuing a wrongful death claim after my mom died. I was contacted immediately by Mr. Dean who wanted to handle my case. I felt like I was a low priority for them. After a year of providing everything they asked for, a settlement was made and my brother and I each got $16,000 of the $75,000 settlement. They told me initially they would only take 30% of a settlement. I would not call them for anything else.

While the staff is courteous and caring, Mr Dean was rude and unprofessional last year when I questioned his advice to settle to the point that he threatened to drop my case and then hung up on me. I got nervous and wound up calling back and settled.
