Very unhappy as Morgan and Morgan refused to take my case and I ended up going with a local attorney that was very optimistic about taking my case

I don’t recommend them at all it has been a headache the whole time and they don’t do what they say they are going to do yes my case was resolved but I was definitely not happy with the outcome or how the lawyer handled some things and how they don’t respond to you and I’m still owed and keep getting the runaround with them

Andre Gallardo was amazing and helpful, at first . But the chp officer listed truck driver , driver unknown even though I had his license and registration, both license plates and the cap identification. They dropped my case , they didn't even try to fight for me . I will not recommend or consider them again.

We talked a couple minutes

I wasn't very enthused with them, but then, I haven't been very enthused with any of the law firms that I've contacted. The fellow who took my information was thorough, however, the firm declined to take the case, as have all others. Perhaps, the reasoning lay in the fact that it isn't a pure work injury case, but rather an Assault with a Deadly Weapon/Workplace Violence that resulted in Serious Injury case. Which I must assume, is a difficult case to fight and to prove. As no law firm, as vaunted as they may make themselves sound, cares to persue the case. It would appear, that they are adverse to difficult cases and would prefer those in which a favorable outcome is more easily obtainable.

This firm only help if they make slot of money. They advertise how much they want to help people but our case wont make them alot of money...SAD....Greedy like the rest and false adverting!!
