I feel so alone. Underrepresented. Condescended to. I’m just a poor person. The marketing is aimed directly at me. But the representation is grossly underwhelming. I’m afraid of what will happen to my case because I hired a lawyer based on an add directed at me without any real understanding of poor people just like me.

Second time I tried to get help first time for a friend now for me. For the people just not for us.

Talk to someone almost a year ago and very professional and seemed to be here for me. Since i hired them i have not had any contact in over 6 months. I changed my phone number and left several messages. No return calls still.

I called….was asked for all my information? Telephone/address….etc. Is the hotline anonymous before speaking with an attorney?

Very disappointed, hired, Morgan & Morgan, in Sept, its Oct and I still haven't heard from an actual lawyer, or his paralegal or even a secretary. No advice on my case or even a simple call letting me know what my rights are. I get shuffled from dept, to dept... No one knows for sure, anything. They will have to have somebody call me back.. Couldn't even give me a case manager's name... I tried to terminate my suit with Morgan & Morgan, and I COULDN'T, the man said I'm sorry you feel that way... But all I can do is shoot an *E-MAIL* to the proper person holding your case, and let them know you want to cancel their services.... I'm flabbergasted! What a joke this all is... Morgan & Morgan you are so big that you are over whelmed.. You need more help... And it doesn't sound good when a potential client calls, and they can hear dozens of other people in the background, conducting business as well, It causes your employee to ask the same question over & over. Distractions lead to mistakes. All you had to do was give me a call back..let me know you're there.. What are my rights? Now what do I do? I need to find another law firm stat... Sorry, I can't give a good review on a firm that don't acknowledge their current clients or their concerns..

Process really slow.Been going thur this case since last year.Still no results.

This law firms nothing about getting money money money money!!! If it’s against a person that has no insurance no assets they close case!! While you have the client/victim suffering from their injuries that caused by uninsured motorist!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! WHAT ABOUT JUSTICE!!! No need to call Mike it’s all self-explanatory with your firmall out for the money money money that’s it!!! just say we’re here for the money here for the money and no justice

Called Morgan to Morgan about 2 or 3 weeks ago, and then received numerous calls for intake and never heard anything from an attorney. Morgan and Morgan has a bunch of Frontline people taking phone calls that don't know what they're doing anymore. Unfortunately this is the way our workforce has gotten.
