You can tell that if your case isn't a easy one they can win they won't attempt it. I tell you what! This is one law firm I'm highly disappointed in.

Very unhelpful, it seems they only cater to the extreme cases.

I called Morgan and Morgan about possible dental malpractice. I gave all pertinent information for a review. I called three weeks later and was told it was still under review. I then called two weeks after that and was told it was still under review. I told the girl that I was frustrated because they only had to review the medical diagnoses to pursue further. She said a lawyer would call the next day. No call. I was visibly upset when I called back a few days later. I was told they weren’t going to pursue it and could not give me a reason why. If they seriously looked at my claim there had to be a reason why they turned it down. I can only suspect why they did not look into it. I wanted to leave a message with Mr. Morgan and was told he did not take messages and the complaint department would call me. That was March 19. No call. This is definitely not a company “for the people.”

Not helpful. I didn't say not helpful because you didnt take me case because you did take my case. It was a complete waste of time because your lawyers were not helpful at all.

It seems to me that they only take for sure win cases... Not so much for all people...

To mechanical and robotic. Find a more human company!

They were willing to take the time and listen to my concerns about certain aspects of some legal issues I had but a bit impersonal at best. A Mr. Morgan contacted me but only about my 4 star review instead of 5...
