On 10/5/22 I was driving minding my own business when I was T-boned by someone “trying to beat the yellow”. I had been a passenger of an accident on 7/24/22, so I was already a client with Dan Newlin’s office. AND KNEW Marc Erlich would take GREAT care of me, and make me Whole again. So I called Marc Erlich once I got home, and he walked me through Everything! (Again) With the same amount of Kindness, Compassion and Consideration as the first time! Got me the best medical care and accommodations! I could go on and on, Yet the point is. DAN NEWLIN’S office is the BEST. If you or anyone you know gets hurt PLEASE call Dan Newlin’s office. Dan Newlin firm is very friendly and extremely helpful. I had Mark Erlich who is a very patient man that fights for his clients. He broke everything down to me from the beginning to the end even during treatments. Making that call was the best decision truly happy with the results😀

I'm giving this review not out of pure emotions, but as fore-warning to the next person who may be seeking legal representation and doesn't want to get burnt. This attorney makes a lot of false promises, she does not deliver the services she initially speaks of when looking to hire her. She does not have an office making it extremely difficult to contact her. She does not communicate, avoids calls/text messages, not only from family but from the clients as well. She is only attentive and corresponds when she is seeking payment. When paid she does not provide contracts nor receipts to prove her services being rendered to you. My family member sat for months in jail never getting a physical visit regarding the case. She had an ample amount of time to prepare for the case and did not do it. Instead there was personal issue after personal issue excuse after excuse etc. I overheard her assistant who works out of the law library in the Marion County Court House state some very disturbing personal issues with her, but I tried to not let that discourage us. Overall, I just would recommend her. She pretty much stiffed us and knew she was stiffing us and still had no regard. Despite my concerns about this woman, my family member did not fire her because of lack of knowledge. This experience has definitely been a lesson learned. This our first time having to go through such turmoil and unfortunately we learned the hard way.

I would highly recommend him!
