I love that Dan Newlin Injury Attorneys is open 24 hours. As soon as I made the call, they answered and were ready to help. Marc Erlich was appointed as my attorney. He was very professional and resourceful answering all of my questions as well as keeping me up to date in every step of the case. I truly recommend their services and if they are needed again, I will gladly call.

The most unprofessional firm I have dealt with in my life. No transparency, no clear communication and not organized. Submitted a complaint email to the firm and they totally ignored my complaint. They do not admit to any errors they caused. They refuse to refund any money for no services rendered. The two females that work at the firm do not communicate with one another. Front desk receptionist is the worst.

I just want to take a moment to thank my litigation attorney Cosmo Bloom. He came at the end of my case and tied loose ends and closed my case strong. Somewhere in the middle transitioning from pre suit to litigation became a bit tedious, but all in all my case ended on a good and satisfactory note. My husband was in a company vehicle when he was T-boned by a careless driver who ran a red light.
