Just handled a case regarding personal injury with attorney Travis McMillen and his case manager Jackie. Their service to me went above all expectations, all inquiries of the case were handled in the most timely of manners, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome of my case. I had the opportunity to work with Jon Dulany as his client and I am more than pleased with the outcome of my case. My experience didn't start out so well with a former attorney of the practice in a different town, but Jon was able to work with me, pick up the pieces and get my case up to speed where it was ready for resolution. It was a very long road, but we made it to our final destination. What was most important to me was Jon's thoroughness and consistent communication. I was only asked to come to the main office location if it was absolutely necessary, otherwise we maintained communication via phone and e-mail. Jon was very thorough with all of my questions and if he didn't have an immediate answer, he was able to get me the right answer after consulting with his practice partners. There was never a situation where he didn't have an answer for me. I see a lot of commercials on TV promoting many law firms here in the Orlando area, but my experience with Jon and Bogin, Munns & Munns made me feel more than just a client. If you're unsure of which firm to choose from, I highly recommend coming here for at least a consultation.

Was very pleased with the outcome of my case. The attorney was always very informative and stayed on top of everything to ensure that the case had a positive outcome without going to court. If I ever need an attorney again I will be contacting them.
