I can never get someone on the phone and after doing the intake form that was suggested to me, the form still told me to call. What's the point of the form then. Very terrible service

I have been trying to get anyone to answer the phone and all I keep getting is a recording. They repeat over and over the same commercial but no one answers. I am helping a young woman with no income to get legal advice regarding a divorce and cannot get her the help she needs. What is going on? You dont deserve the 1 star I gave but I have to give it.. Not happy with this place and will never refer it.
