Contacted this place, spoke with a rep, Theresa, very professional, very courteous, super helpful, very apologetic about not being able to take my case, very patient and understanding (5 🌟 for her work). Unfortunately, they couldn't help me because of a "conflict of interest" clause possibly based on an unfounded case that was never pursued by the an adverse applicant. Because of this, I've lost my chance with them of getting any affordable assistance. Hopefully, they'll maybe consider changing their bylaws some day when it comes to relevant cases, based on county-to-county assistance.
