They were very helpful and assisted me with completing the required divorce documents in order to file the case on my own. The reason for the four star ranking is because I had a lot of trouble getting through the recordings to get connected to a live person. Calling in ends up being very time consuming.

They have a horrible phone system. Been calling all day none stop and can't get anyone. They do not have a online chat only a application system and if you're needing immediate assistance you're advised not to complete the online application. This is ridiculous just this morning I've been calling for 2 hours on phones.

I called everyday for a week!! I couldn't get anyone. There was no call back. There was no waiting for someone to talk to. AllI was informed from a recording no less was to keep trying to call back. Whilst I understand being busy, having people constantly hit redial is a bit much. I was also informed to use the onling chat but if I did this I was given a phone number and also informed to keep trying.
So not only did I never speak to anyone... I never got assistance.
* I also did the application and got a phone call to call the hotline that yuo can never get into.
