We would give Mr. Hornsby 6 stars if we could! A young family member was arrested while vacationing in Florida. We selected Mr. Hornsby to defend him based on the reviews that were posted by other clients as we were not in Florida when he was arrested and charged. Mr. Hornsby walked us through the process including how to arrange bail by "long distance". The person was released and returned home. Mr. Hornsby worked diligently on our case especially after the charges were upgraded from a misdemeanor to a felony. Mr. Hornsby got all the charges dismissed completely without having to return to Florida. He is now working to get the charges expunged so our family member will not have a criminal record of any type. Words cannot express how satisfied we are with the outcome... and it is due solely to Mr. Hornsby's hard work and dedication to the situation our family faced. Without him we believe our family member would have had more than just a blemish on his record...it would have been life changing for a recent college graduate.
