To say Richard Hornsby is the best is a big understatement. First of all and perhaps as important as any other aspect, he really put me at ease about something that by definition was making me feel uneasy. No one knows for sure what’s going to happen sometimes, and Mr Hornsby explained what the best possible outcome could look like and that’s exactly where we ended up. The day of court, I could tell that my attorney somehow “outranked” everyone else in the room. It was as though he had complete command of the proceedings and priority when it came time to be heard, the judge knows and respects him and other favorable “intangibles” that are hard to explain. It was just a general sense of knowing you had the right guy on your side. We got exactly the outcome we had hoped for, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Not to mention he is really a great person and really cares about the issues you’re facing. Although I hope I don’t need his help in the future, things happen, and it’s good to know Richard Hornsby is there for us all!
