Mr Hornsby took on our daughters high profile case bc her original attorney lost his license. He was basically doing us a huge favor due to our circumstances. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of the case and the short amount of time he had to gather all info and present the case to the judge! She was facing between 4 and 30 yrs. She has to finish out her sentence of 1 yr. Then she has Community Control and a few other things. Without the help of Attorney Hornsby we can only imagine what the outcome could have been if not for him being the best at what he does. Defending the defendant.

Very rude and did not care. I get it’s a business but at least hear where the person is coming from absolutely no empathy. Edit: I actually thought you were right... that wasn’t how I wanted to move forward with my case but I was asking questions because I was curious. You were too busy rushing me while I’m trying to talk about something that I know doesn’t matter in court but was kinda traumatic. I was taking a while to touch the points I wanted to know you’d handle while trying to remember everything that happened. I had no problem with what you was said you just had no patience and I’d appreciate whoever I’m paying to be patient with me and aggressive with my case.

There’s no amount of money in the world that I would pay for this individual to represent me this so called attorney was very rude very impatient Anyone with morals Principals and Integrity or even have a right mind would never let this person talk to them any kind of way If you’re conducting a business in a practice you should at least let the potential client feel at ease or comfortable I don’t care how good your work is or how expensive they are you cannot talk to anyone how ever you want to.
