I hired Mr. Hornsby during a very stressful situation. In the beginning, he looked strict over the phone and intimidated me. Richard did a big job when he took on my case, with all the issues that were in it, in which created obstacles for him to manuaver around. he did manage to get everything down to just probatoin, in which was looking impossible at first. he earned his money on this case that's for sure.

Mr. Hornsby is great at what he does. I was able to have my suspension set aside because of his excellent work. Even after the original ruling were not in my favor, he still followed up ending in me regaining my driving privileges.
