Most say she's the best Lawyers that ever represented me by far. Thanks to her i have share custody 40/60 me have the children 60% of the time. No child support and a parenting plan that works for me.

The ladies of this law office are a triple threat: very smart, very professional, and very attractive. Do yourself a favor and listen to what they have to say. They took care of me inexpensively and quickly, compared to the stories I read on other lawyers' pages, and they will take care of you in the same fashion.

Donna Hung was my third lawyer. She took my case even though we were about to go to court. Once I hired her I realized the poor service I received from my first 2 lawyers. Donna was extremely professional, efficient and straightfoward. I did not go to court and the case was settled. I am very happy that I found her and would recommend her 100%. I have dealt with numerous attorneys in my life, and for the first time I find one that got the job done, and done right! I wanted a divorce and I wanted it fast. I I hired to represent me. I was on no bond. I paid him $7000. He got me no bond no service. He said he went to the court and ask for bond twice. He charge me $8000 for two bond hearings which he never went in front of a judge. The only one that went in front of a judge for a bond hearing was Adam Reese. Which is a great lawyer! So David fossilcharge me $8000 for absolutely nothing.! Do not use this guy.!

David was essential to maintaining my good driving record. His service was imperative in the outcome of my case, and I highly recommend him as a quality attorney.

Donna and her staff are AMAZING!! They are all extremely helpful and always make time for you and your questions. I had so many questions and didn't know how to handle situations on a daily basis and it was never a problem to send her an email and get a response pretty much immediately. She is very knowledgable and will get the job done. She is the best and you will not regret hiring her to represent you!

David Fussell has represented me on two separate occasions for two entirely different types of a cases and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of legal help of any kind. This doesn't even include the countless number of motions that he has drafted and submitted on my behalf. He has an extremely personable demeanor, yet he isn't one to sugar coat or mislead. In my opinion, Mr. Fussell showed a genuine interest and concern for my cases and personal well being. Because of this I would go so far as to consider him a friend. I believe that's saying quite a bit when you are discussing an industry that the word "friend" generally isn't associated with. More specifically, Mr. Fussell took a very bad situation that I had presented him with and did his absolute best in turning it into a positive that I couldn't have imagined possible. I'd also like to mention that his assistant is an extremely knowledgable individual. It's been my experience that this isn't always the case and that attorney's with exceptional assistants tend to be more well organized and better prepared. I don't ever anticipate needing Mr. Fussell's services again, however, it's a relief to know who I would call first should I ever find myself in that unfortunate position.

Mr. Fussell represented me for a DUI and drug charge. All drug charges were dropped and I was convicted only of careless driving (not reckless reduced from DUI). He is very trustworthy and provides personal attention you rarely find in this profession. Mr. Fussell truly cares about his clients and works hard to provide them with the best possible outcome. I highly reccomend his services.
