My wife Jennifer was rear ended by a negligent driver. With all the circumstances involved with the incident, I knew we needed excellent legal help and fast. I did not want to go with one of those billboard lawyers who practices in volume, and promises big payouts for your accident. I wanted a lawyer that would provide personal, expert service; someone who would protect my wife's interests, her quality of life, and help secure the most reasonable financial benefit for my wife's future medical expenses and our property loss. I was referred to Greg Page through an acquaintance with his long time friend. From our first meeting, Greg was P-3: Professional, Personable, and Patient. Greg listened intently to everything as we shared what had occurred. He then carefully and specifically explained the process forward. It took a little over 24 months to reach a satisfactory conclusion with our case. I understood we would be at odds with the at fault driver, but I never thought we would have to file a lawsuit against our own insurance company. Even so, throughout the ordeal, Greg was a great strategist, an excellent advocate, and an even better sounding board when it came time to make tough decisions. I felt so lost after getting in my car accident. The best thing I ever did was contact Page & Eichenblatt. I cannot explain the relief I felt after my first meeting with Steve. I was beyond thrilled with every medical professional they sent me to so much that even after I moved out of Orlando, I still continued to see these doctors. The staff at the office, especially Lynelle, treated me like family. I had never been in a situation like this before and all my questions were always answered in a timely manner. As usual, Steve and Lynelle were awesome. They stayed in touch throughout. I didn't have to hound them for updates, and all of my questions were answered in a timely fashion. When it came to recovering for my loss, Steve and company were stellar. I tried Morgan and Morgan and they were a train wreck. Unless it's a million dollar case, they don't care. They run you through their system. Not Steve. Steve worked his butt off for me on a claim that was not worth close to millions. It's a good place to find a lawyer

We have used Nick Shannin for appellate and fees matters, and he is second to none. As a litigation attorney, I would engage Nick for any matters for myself or my family. In short, he is simply the best at what he does.

Attorney Shannin is fantastic! He recently handled an appeal for a family member. Attorney Shannin is Board Certified in Appellate Law and worth every red cent and then some. However, as most attorneys say, there are no guarantees. After I watched Mr. Shannin during oral arguments, I knew he killed it!! Thanks, Mr. Shannin, for your hard work!!

I was referred to Dennis Smejkal when I called a personal injury attorney for help. I had a workers comp case and the attorney that I had hired to handel my case was absolutely terrible, and I am so so glad I took the chance on asking Mr. Smejkal to help me and take my case as my new attorney. My old attorney never even once met me in person, but Dennis Smejkal drove from Orlando on his own time and met me in person in Palm Bay at a law firm where he sat with me in a conference room and really listened and examined my situation before deciding he was willing to help me. I could tell he was intelligent and ethical and really seemed to take pride in his obviouse good moral and helping those who are needing proper legal aid. I felt so lucky and relieved from day 1 that Dennis Smejkal took on my case, he didnt have to, he could have thought it wasnt $ worth it for him, but he went so much more beyond the $ aspect of it and seemed to really care about the ethics behind his profession and THAT is hard to come by in the realm of finding a good attorney, in my opinion at least. I know theres many great attorneys but after my terrible experience with one of Florida's supposed great law firms, Ive seen there are many snakes as well and Mr. Smejkal truly saved my case. He was able to obtain me backpay after my payments had unfairly stopped, get me scheduled back in with a spine doctor like I had been wanting, as well as obtain a final settlement that was double what my old "attorney" had been trying to push on me. Mr. Smejkal didnt have to take my case but he did and I am so greatful to him. He is a good man and a super attorney and his knowledge, skills, experience and impeccable record truly reflect my awesome experience with him as his client. I would reccomend Dennis Smejkal to anyone and everyone I ever meet that needs a fire attorney. I will also always look to him in the future should I ever need an attorney for reasons that fall under his area of practice.
