I’m a 40 year trial lawyer extremely pleased to recommend Nick Shannin for any appellate matter you may encounter whether such input is used pre-trial, in trial, or post-trial on appeal, as well as associated with any appellate expert fee issue. Since I’ve been in the Central Florida area for so long actually trying cases, I have the benefit of knowing all the lawyers and basically having the ability to choose the “cream of the crop.” So, I have chosen Nick. Steve Eichenblatt was working on my injury claim for over two years and was constantly updating me and being patient with questions and concerns I had along with getting me a great settlement. Talked to someone about my case during a free consultation. I gave them information but they valued my time and told me exactly why my case could be pursued but wasn’t worth it for me.
