I hired Mark for a domestic violence case that I had pending against me. Never having past charges, I was very nervous. Mark and his team kept me calm and handled the case from start to finish. He was able to resolve this matter and I never had to step foot inside the courthouse. Not only did he work with me on payments, but him and his office staff continuously updated me every step of the way. I am forever grateful for Conan & Herman Law Office. I can’t even tell you how impressed I have been with Mark Conan and his staff. I contacted his firm on a weekend and got a response back that very weekend from Mark directly by phone. My case has had many ups and downs and twists to it that I didn’t expect but Mark has handled them all and he has always been there for me with any questions or concerns that I’ve had and has always kept me posted on any changes to my case. He was extremely professional, had a no nonsense way about him, reviewed the case with me personally where he felt very strongly we would find success and we did. The secretary at the office was also extremely professional and was always caught up to date on the happenings of the case anytime I had reached out to the office.
