I appreciate the fact that Mark handled my case personally keeping me abreast of the status and in the loop the entire time. Respones to my inquiries were prompt and comprehensive. I went into the situation feeling like I had been a victim and felt very limited in regards to any recourse. Mark did a great job of gathering the facts and painting a great picture of the reality of the situation. My life experiences have made me painfully aware of how difficult it can be to fight charges no matter how untrue they may be. From what I had seen, the only ones who stand a chance are those with deep pockets. This firm changed my opinion, it's not how much money you spend but rather where you spend it. Mark did a great job of isolating inconsistencies and pointing out weaknesses in the case. The result - the charges were dropped like hot potatoes. Hopefully, the need for a lawyer will not arise in the future but if so, I will be calling this office back. I would recommend them to friends or family in a heartbeat. Recently my wife had a terrible week and received not one but two traffic tickets. She was understandably upset and not sure what to do next. My son was incarcerated for 20 days, should have been 10 days at the most. On his 20th day sitting in jail for his first offense ever, we were told he may have to stay for at least another month.
