When I contacted Josh regarding my case, I not only felt dumb but ashamed to have gotten to a point where I needed help with a bankruptcy. I spoke to him and he explained all of my options. He made me feel at ease and that it was okay...things happen. For me, bankruptcy was the best course of action. . I need to know everything that happens in a process to not get anxious. He and his office explained everything in great detail, answered all of my questions. They were willing to work with me with payments. I knew what to expect when everything was done.
