Dealing with Gloriana at the closing agent was the worst and, fortunately, only truly bad part about purchasing my first home. I would 100% absolutely recommend that anyone looking to close on a home avoid this company or at least this agent at all costs. From the very beginning my entire purchase was blatantly mishandled by their team. At one point there was an extend3ed delay on obtaining details to close and after telling my that my lender had not gotten back to them yet, it was discovered that Gloriana had sent all my financial information (with included identification information including my SSN) to the wrong financial institution. On top of that it wasn't even one I'd been in talks with. She brushed it off as a minor inconvenience but obviously this was a delay in a very important purchase for me and I have no idea what could be done with my information being sent to the wrong place. When contacting me to discuss what to bring to close she gave me a number that was $10,000-$15,0000 higher than was previously discussed. After letting her know that I thought she might be mistaken she, essentially, told me that she knew what she was talking about and that I did not and proceeded to get irate with me. She then contacted me hours later to let me know she has the WRONG file pulled up. Without so much as an apology she just laughed it off. My name is fairly unique but even that aside I'd assume when you're dealing with purchases that are hundreds of thousands of dollars that you might pay closer attention to detail. After finally closing I decided to brush all this off as a poor experience and leave it at that. Then 5 months later I received a letter in the mail requesting the property tax payment for the 2020 Tax year. I purchased my home the end of October/ Beginning of November and it was discussed at the table that the previous owners had paid their portion of the taxes. Without my consent and without informing they wrapped that money into the closing costs. Due to covid procedures my realtor and my loan officer were not allowed to be at the signing with me which certainly threw me off, but we managed to get everything signed and completed. I then wasn't able to get my keys for a couple more days because She hadn't filed the paperwork she needed to to release funds from a grant I was offered towards the purchase. I called about the taxes and while they verbally told me the taxes had been paid, and it was a topic that had been discussed at closing, I hadn't fully understood the writing in the contract (which is my fault) and wasn't aware that they were instead applying it to closing costs, even though that isn't what was requested... Now that it's March I won't receive the 4% discount and am on the hook for the entire amount which is inconvenient but honestly there's some satisfaction in knowing I won't ever have to deal with this company again. If you have the option steer clear, while I can't speak to the abilities of other agents my experience was honestly miserable and the company doesn't seem to be much help in fixing it.

Personally I worked with Yubia Wilkinson and Sophia Cromwell. They are one of the best immigration lawyers out there. Very professional and over all an excellent experience with them. Everything went smoothly no complications what so ever. I would for sure work with them again if the opportunity presented itself.

We had entered into a Real Estate contract with our local Realtor to purchase a home. The deal went sideways and dragged on for several months. When the parties selling the home that was part of Trust used a legal strategy that they were not qualified to sell the property to us, nor would they honor the initial intent to of the agreements all done so they could pursue a higher offer after signing multiple contracts and extensions. This is when we started working the the firm. There were many people involved but the person(s) who stood out, and who professionally handled our case and guided us through the process was our lawyer Christian Walters as well as Kayla Manning who processed the large amount of paperwork involved. I would like to thank Erin Brown and Sophia Cromwell for their fantastic work and help with my whole Green Card process. Erin and Sophia got my advanced parole handled very fast when I needed it. During the whole process they were very easy to communicate with and prepared my wife and myself perfectly. Erin took time (about 1 hour) for us before the interview to explain the whole interview process and was even on the phone during our interview. Everything went so well that the immigration officer was confident enough to tell us right during the interview that I was approved for the Green Card which seems to not happen very often. I know that when it comes to removing the restrictions of my Green Card and to apply for the US Citizenship I will rely on Erin and Sophia again. They even offered to send a reminder as soon as further steps are necessary which is an outstanding service. Again, I can't thank Erin and Sophia enough for their help.

Christian Walters was very helpful for us in a dispute on earnest money. Sound, reasonable advice. Would definitely use them again, (but hope we don't have to).

Robert Garcia provided me with extremely sound advice; he was professional and honest which I valued. I would highly recommend their services as it became apparent quickly that their firm was well established, operated efficiently, and were subject matter experts in their disciplines.

I would like to take the time to thank the Brown immigrations services for all the great work they doing. I had the best experience with Lawyer Aleksandar and his case manager Emeline for helping us through this process, everything went smooth without a slight problem. They are very responsive and do everything on their power to make sure we had a great outcome. Our process was very quick and easy to a point we were like “really”.
