I was accused of a minor incident while exiting a gated subdivision when the gate closed on my car. I could have backed up but chose to forge ahead and I bent the gate. This happened at the beginning of 2019 and the HOA came after me and tried to press charges for the damage the summer of 2021. I was charged with criminal mischief. I contacted Longwell Lawyers and they arranged to have the case dismissed. Don't use anyone else, Longwell Lawyers are the best and reasonable too! I was so relieved!

Mr. McChesney is top rate! I received a dui in Kissemee, FL. I live 3 hrs away. Blaine came highly recommended from other attorneys.
