I retained the services of Mr. Messina for two RFE cases (i140 in March of 2020 and in March of 2021 for an i485) both of which required (i) a preponderance of evidence from recognized, credible experts in my field; (ii) in depth supporting documentation that demonstrated real world relevancy and (iii) addressing beyond reasonable doubt the merits and efficacy of the various aspects submitted for review and consideration in response to both RFEs. From the initial no-cost consultation it was abundantly clear that Mr. Messina was intensely focused on what the challenges were and any immediate legal underpinnings that would need to become priority areas to be addressed to increase chances of success - all within the time bound limits of the required RFE response deadlines. This was by no means a casual, laissez faire interaction by an individual focused on simply checking the box of another addition to a monthly legal portfolio quota.
