We hired them for the visa E2 procedures. Paul Messina and Carolina Kripinsky made every effort to do the best of this job well done. They are reliable, hard working, and have every detail thought ahead. They compiled all documents needed and the consul didn’t have to ask for further information. We could contact them at anytime and they are always able to answer our questions. We highly recommend them.

I consulted with attorney Messina on an immigration case. He has a deep knowledge of the issues and was determined to get to the right answer. He was very helpful and I intend to use him in the future.

Beware! They are known for bait and switch. They mislead customers by telling you everything you want hear in anyway they can to make a sell over the phone. Once they get you, they charge you for things that you shouldn’t be charged. If you call them out, then they abandon ship by charging you 3 times more then you were originally quoted, leaving your back against the wall. The unfinish patent ended up costing me $17,500.00 when I was quoted 1/2 of that. Christopher Ramsey and Tom McThenia are Terrible communicators, don’t return calls, don’t respond to emails. It’s a tactic to get you in there office to charge you for office visits, when it’s only a follow on where you left off on the last visit. They do not care about their customers only about overcharging people. I will report them to BBB, Bar association, attorney general office for investigation. STAY AWAY from them!!

I was referred to Attorney Joseph Flood by another attorney to help with an health insurance denial. Mr Flood and his assistant Lesley Woodstock were outstanding! BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS FIRM! OVER $90,000 in representation and a withdrawal with no EXPLANATION! Worst law firm I’ve ever witnessed. Family Law/ Divorce case spent over $90,000 with Melbourne Attorney Jack Kirschenbaum and he withdrew from my case a night before a final trail without cause.(No arguments, no past due payments, no disagreements, he withdrew) Called the managing attorney in Orlando, Maryanne Downs to rectify any issues, and she simply said, “I cannot help you” BE VERY CAREFULL WITH THIS FIRM.
