I found Caplan through a Google search, and I'm so glad I did. I highly recommend their services. I thought my situation was a bit complicated so I was worried about if I could even file bankruptcy. The Caplan team were able to guide me through all the necessary steps and were patient with my ongoing questions for them about the process. Vonya went above and beyond with her patience and support. And I seriously can't thank them all enough for the outstanding service throughout the bankruptcy steps from beginning to end.

Very rude, unprofessional money grabbers and no results or resolution to my case. Spent more time billing me for frivolous ongoing emails than providing any results. I had to hire another lawyer that knew what they were doing. This firm made false promises and had no idea what to do for my case but bill me. And they kept my remaining deposit. I had to advise them what to do on my case, from information I received from another lawyer. Not sure how they stay in business.

Hit some hard financial times during and after Covid, retained this firm, paid the fees in full but before any work was done by them I was able to rectify my financial issues. They kept 100% of my fee, didn't even offer to return a percentage, just kept all the money for doing NOTHING! Stay away from this unethical and immoral attorney.

I was put at ease from the moment I entered their office - there is a warm, family feel to the whole place and the people in it. Divorce is never easy, but all of them helped me through the process. Stephen Caplan and Tiffany Azevedo were incredibly patient with me, explaining the process step by step - multiple times! They never seemed bothered by my endless questions and concerns and they got everything accomplished for me quickly and efficiently with kindness mixed in.
