The unpleasant feeling of having to file for bankruptcy was quickly put to ease on my pre call. Kristy was attentive and professional when listening to my story and scheduling a consultation with Mr. Caplan. When I met with Stephen to discuss my situation further he presented me with all of my options in great detail. Also answered the countless questions that I had in the same demeanor from start to finish. Lastly the filing phase with Vonya was supposed to be more nerve racking but it really was rather painless. She certainly has a knack for her trade making clients feel at ease during the final phase. These three people work very well together, so if you need assistance give them a shout.
