I have never written a review before but I feel so compelled to do so regarding lawyer Conti Moore. I am dissatisfied, disappointed and angry regarding my experience with this firm.. I did extensive research for a lawyer that would meet the needs and qualifications regarding my situation. I called the firm to schedule an appointment and was sent a link to Ms. Moore's calendar. I chose a time on her calendar that led to a form outlining my needs. When I called at the scheduled appointment time, I was answered by her assistant. She then informed me that the form was not filled out correctly. I asked her why she did call me back to inform me that my form was filled out incorrectly. I questioned her as to what was incorrect. My form stated that my needs were regarding our daughter, possible CPS involvement and hacking by my son-in-law. They are currently separated. On top of this she informed that Ms. Moore does not handle CPS cases at this time. According to my research Ms. Moore's law firm states that the firm handles 40% family law and 30% criminal law. The assistant then stated that Ms. Moore is not currently handling CPS cases which are part of family law. She also then stated that there would have to be a confirmation regarding conflict of interest with my son- in- law. If this is how her firm handles a situation from the onset, then WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT LATER? I highly recommend not using this firm.

Jennifer Bondy is a true professional that is easy to talk to, answers all of your questions and takes care of business with the kind of personal care you can appreciate. Highly recommended!

I am satisfied with the outcome of my case. I did have some concerns but Atty Conti Moore took the time to address them.

Horrible as an Attorney. Took my case but gave it it to someone else that did not know me nor knew my case. Their receptionist would answer my call and want to talk about things going on in the streets and I was charged for that, as if I cared. Overcharged me, and told my father he would be liable if I didn’t pay, but you charged 5, 000 for a bond hearing. This practice was a joke in the courtroom. I would never recommend them, but wanted me to accept a 15 year plea deal... awful service.

Conti Moore Law family provided me the peace of mind as far the needs of my son that I would have not been able to do all myself or alone, Amina Ellison was great through out the whole case, she was very transparent and provided ease for me not to worry about anything.Sade was also amazing from beginning to end.Personal experiment both ladies where great even while they both at some point where expecting, hard working ladies and firm overall. This firm seemed knowledge at first. We paid all the fees they asked, paper work to be turned in by date only to be giving our case to another person in the office. We could never get in contact with Mrs. Moore, never spoke to her the whole year dealing with our case. Everytime we went for a meeting someone new was on our case and they didn't have all the documents, nor did they know anything about our case. They showed up late to our mediations only to tell us, oh you shouldn't have said this or that after the meeting. I don't even wanna go into alllll the extra fees e-mails etc that was charged to our account. This law firm needs to do better for all its clients. If she couldn't handle our case just refer us to someone else. Don't take our money and do nothing what a shame 🤦I'll give her no stars
