I hired them because someone recommended them. I also looked at their good reviews and that made me feel more comfortable. They were very disorganized and made it very hard for me to understand the divorce legal process. They would take weeks to respond to any email or calls. They made many mistakes when filing my petition. Some items where not filed at all and I was charged for things they never did. I was provided the ledger showing what they charge me and those things were not done. My case was assigned to Amina Ellison, who was very inexperience. Their entire staff was always rude and communicated in a condescending manner. I requested copies of all my files because I was hiring a new counsel. When I came to their office to pick it up I was given other clients files that included their personal information. Upon reviewing the paperwork and realizing what they had done, I notified them and returned the files to them. I am not surprised by the other person who said her information was stolen by a member of the Conti Moore Law firm. They are disorganized and do not safeguard their clients personal property. Do yourself a favor and interview other lawyers. They are not worth your time, and your money. Once I hired a new lawyer, I realized how incompetent the staff at Conti Moor Law firm is. If anyone is interested in reviewing proof for the above mentioned I am happy to provide copies of the email exchanges that I have with relations with my experience. This situation did happen and it is sad that the firm would not take accountability and use this experience to better their practices.

Had the privilege of having Mr. Bruce Mount represent me for my Federal case. I did some research and asked a myriad of questions to Bruce. He was thorough with his response and told me what he would expect upon his course of actions. I was able to get my federal case dismissed from states away! The Conti Moore law firm had really good reviews, which made me feel comfortable hiring them to represent me in my child custody case. Unfortunately, once I paid my retainer, an employee of the firm stole my personal financial information and used that information multiple times to commit fraud. Conti Moore Employee Kristina Rodriguez stole my debit card information and committed fraud by using my card to order merchandise on her Amazon account. (This has been confirmed by Amazon). The misuse of my information by an employee of this law firm has greatly inconvenienced and created multiple hardships for me. To begin, their failure to safeguard my personal information caused me to lose confidence in their legal ability. This has forced me to try to find other legal representation, which has proven difficult. Given the time frame involved, their malpractice has forced me to try and find another attorney. In addition, I was not able to pay the retainer for any other firm until I received my refund from Conti Moore, which I did receive but not soon enough to enable me to hire another attorney. Because of that, I no longer have a lawyer to represent me in my child custody case. The well being of my child is the most important thing in my life and the criminal actions of a Conti Moore employee has now placed that in jeopardy. The identity theft committed against me happened on Labor Day weekend. Once my debit card was compromised, I had to cancel it. My account is with a military based credit union that is primarily online without many local branches. Therefore I had to wait 7 to 10 business days for a new card. I'm a single mother and I wasn't able to provide for my daughter directly due to the actions of the Conti Moore firm. I can't believe that a law firm that I hired to help me at my most vulnerable time, has victimized me in such a manner
