I must say that Mr. Andrew Moses is the most professional and caring attorney I have have ever had the pleasure to meet with. I can't strongly recommend enough anyone taking the time to go out and visit him if you never need anyone or any advice. Even before I hired him he was taking my calls and even calling me back to see if I had any questions. Mr. Moses has been a godsend with helping me navigate the legal system and lets face it, when you are in legal trouble you want someone who takes a genuine caring interest in both you and your case. I never felt like just a number or just another case to Mr. Moses but someone he truly cares about and very confident about his advice. He would always set realistic expectations about my case and would guide me though the process step by step. I hope I never have to use a criminal defense attorney again but I wish everyone would have the pleasure of being able to have a caring experienced attorney like Mr. Moses.

We have worked with Criminal Defense Attorney Andrew Moses for nine months, when my 24-year-old disabled son was arrested on four felony charges. We were referred to this law firm by a bail bondsmen and within hours of his arrest I was sitting in the conference room of Attorney Moses way past the close of business. The next morning, he represented my son in front of a judge. Attorney Moses was successful in getting three or the four criminal charges dismissed. He worked with us diligently and kept us informed about everything every step of the way. He realized the first time we met that my son should be in Mental Health Court and not Circuit Court. He made that happen. With his professionalism, dependability, honesty and integrity, I have no doubt that Attorney Moses will work just as hard for you as he did for my son.

Moses and Rooth are hands down THE BEST LAW FIRM in Florida!!!!!! I was falsely accused and placed through a life changing investigation. As soon as it happened, I called a couple of lawyers but none felt like a good fit or as if they even cared, like was just another client to them. This all occurred on a holiday weekend so most firms wouldn't answer and if they did, they followed with "call me Tuesday". This was not a good feeling. Then I stumbled across Moses and Rooth and it felt as though it was meant for me to discover this firm. I called and the friendly- calming voice of Mr. Moses answered, listened to my whole case, and told me that first thing Monday he would like for me to come in. Shook to my core from the unexpected investigation, Mr. Moses talked to me, told me what to expect, and assured me that he had my best interest. Through the whole investigation he was professional, constantly keeping me informed, and more involved than some of my family. The case didn't go to court due to me being proven innocent through investigation but I have no doubt if justice didn't prevail properly as it did, Mr. Moses would have definitely ensured it did in the courtroom. Don't doubt this firm for a second they believe in you and fight for you!!!

Andrew Moses is a life saver and an amazing lawyer. I came to him with a felony driving on suspended license. Because I am a convicted felon from over ten years ago I was scoring out to prison time. Not only did I not serve one day in jail, Andrew actually got the charges dropped. Anyone who has been convicted of a felony, no matter how long ago, knows how hard it is to get a job, house, even have a normal life. Andrew saved my life by getting these charges dropped. He is always accessible. If you ever can't get ahold of him, his friendly legal assistant, Tara, or his partner, Rooth, will relay a message to him and he respond back very quickly. His rates are more than reasonable and he is a consummate professional. I would highly recommend Mr. Moses to anyone in a legal bind.

I hired Andrew and his partner Jay Rooth after my first attorney failed to perform his due diligence. He pushed to take a plea, which would have meant significant jail time. Andrew took over the case with only 2-3 months before sentencing and managed to reduce the time to less than 2 years. After the sentencing, Andrew continued to work and managed to get one illegal charge dropped, reducing incarceration to less than 1 year. Andrew continues to support me in all aspects of this case. Andrew is professional, does not over-promise, but certainly delivers. He is a blessing!
