Terry did an excellent job talking down bills and getting my money super nice and explained everything to me in detail. Daniel is a great guy very good at staying in touch in getting everything in order i highly recomend this firm.

Place looks nice but parking in the back is kinda tight. The laywers are very nice and litterally go through with you and explain everything on what you have to do. Front doors are locked which made us feel stupid trying to open it but they said it was for security reasons. Which is understand.

Mr. Foster was hired via a third party agency to pursue litigation against a debtor who had defaulted on a student loan. Mr. Foster met with the debtor but was unable to resolve this issue and the matter was sent to trial. We spoke over the phone and via e-mail a couple of times in preparation for the trial. I was a witness and Mr. Foster was very good at preparing me for testimony and what may occur in court. He was well prepared for trial and we ended up with a judgment against the debtor for the amount we had requested. Mr. Foster has a calm voice and demeanor which makes him easy to talk to which I believe helps diffuse any tense situations. His office is well organized and is great with communicating to his clients.

I highly recommend Walter Benenati! He was really great to work with, took my case seriously, and got amazing results. He was always really easy to get a hold of, both by phone as well as through email. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!
