I had my car accident in February of 2016. I needed an attorney and attorney Walter Benenati was recommended. They were able to get this taken care of FAST and I am very satisfied with the results. If I know anyone that has an accident I would refer them to their law firm. Great service and communication.

poor quiality lawyers: here my history: i had several credit cards debt, and i went to benenati law firm, to find a solution, as i have a property paid in full amd i was scared about liens from creditors due to my credit card debt. i was not able to do bankrupcy because i have transfered a property in the past month. when i went to this office , what they suggest me, was to let those creditors put the liens in my porperty (8 creditors) and then , benenati law will charge me 5.000 to remove each lien from each creditor. , yes benenati law firm its a poor quiality law firm because they didnt tell you about others solutions. i had 9 credit cards, so what they whanted , was to charge me money and get this case , instead of help. when i went to another law firm , the solution was easy, transfer the property to another family member . and it was not going to be necessary banckrupcy , yes i will have debt collections, but at least my property is out of danger and liens. it was a very stressfully visit to benenati law firm and i coundt sleep those nights when they provided me with their solution. they dont have marketing in their company because they didnt see what i was suffering , they just didnt care about my feelins and my personal situation . they only care about money. yes i know its a bussiness , but they need to be more focus on peoples needs and people personal situation , as i was having a hard time with my family because of this. also they are very rude. after that when i whent the other law firm with the roght solution, my life changed , and now i have normal happy life because my property is protected. it was a relieve indidnt take yhe benenati solution becuase now i would have had , a lot of liens on my property. stay away from this company. other law firma they can tell you how bad benedetti law firm is. think twice before taking a desicion with this people.they write their own google reviews , and oviously the will not say i was a cstomer. i went with my husband.

Mr. Foster was very helpful, sensitive to my situation, and informative. He takes his time to explain the course of action that needs to be taken. Mr. Benenati, I contacted your law firm in Dec. 2014 after suffering a stroke. I was at my wits end trying to figure out what to do, I was facing losing everything as i am unable to work.
