After calling multiple law firms and getting brushed off by every one. I came across Bengal. And spoke with 2 lawyers right away. Answered all my questions and they were super helpful even though my case was a very small claim. And probably not worth it for them to fight for me. The fact that they sat on the phone with me and listened and pointed me in the right direction made me feel like I had a million dollar team backing me. When you are arrested for DUI your USPS mailbox will be flooded with mailings from attorneys offering their services. I did not receive on from Joel Leppard. The best in the business does not need to send such advertisements. Are all those five star reviews he has real? I am here to tell you they are and then some. I am an attorney myself, practicing law is complicated and your best course of action is to go with an attorney that specializes in your problem. For me it was my son’s DUI Arrest while he was on probation. I hired him on my son’s behalf based on his reputation and reviews and am glad i did. Without going into specifics, the case did not get prosecuted based on the excellent strategy employed by Joel. He is an expert in DUI defense, DUI science and he is an excellent and aggressive trial tactician. He may not be the cheapest but his one time charge covers your case in its entirety and The old adage comes to mind you get what you pay for. The State of Florida has a high burden to meet to convict you of DUI and Joel will be there to hold them to that standard throughout the case. I am so glad i hired him and am extremely satisfied with the results of the case, criminal charges were dropped.

There is a difference being able to afford a great defense and also being fortunate enough to actually have one because even when you can afford one, sometimes the outcome you get isn't what you actually was expecting. I called Joel on a Saturday to discuss my case. I had purchased a car from a dealer that turned out to be stolen, much to my surprise.
