BLUF - THERE'S NO OTHER CHOICE HERE! READ below if you are in a bind for a spectacular DUI Attorney Team. Joel and his Team (Especially Carmen - She is Crazy on the ball) met with me and I immediately knew that these were folks that were hungry and passionate about what they do. This was my 2nd DUI arrest in less than 2 years and I figured I'd be up the river but Joel went to the DMV hearing for me and Carmen found a tiny glitch in the notarized documents that rendered them unusable and we won that case (Which is almost unheard of) - Suspension dropped. After some back and forth with the ADA, Joel leveraged his commanding prowess to broker a great deal for me which minimized my fines to less than $500, a trip back to the FL Safety Council for Level 2 education and at the end of the day, he rewarded me with a refund of a couple of thousand dollars as he did such a spectacular job with my case, I think he even astonished himself. There's no one better in Orange County Florida by far.

Mr. Leppard was my lawyer when I was arrested for a duo. Throughout the entire process Mr. Leppard was very professional and helpful to my needs. If I ever had any questions he would help me completely understand the situation. I was out of state for the entirety of the case but I felt secure knowing everything was in Mr. Leppards hands.

Joel and his team were extremely helpful with my case, if it wasn't for him I would not have been as fortunate with the outcome of my case. Joel always kept me informed with what was going on and made me feel comfortable given the uncomfortable circumstance of needed legal help. Even though Joel has specialized in DUI law, I was thoroughly impressed when asking him legal advice on a non DUI subject which I thought would be a quick answer ended up being a 15 minute conversation which made me more informed on the subject. This just goes to show that Joel goes above and beyond for his clients.

I cannot say enough about how amazing Joel has been while representing me. He has made one of the most difficult situations of my life a manageable process and has been available at all hours with prompt responses to calls and emails. He has a calming nature and seems to really care about not only outcomes, but his clients - which is refreshing in his industry. I am so thankful to have had an attorney that was not only knowledgeable but also empathic and kind. He was a dream to work with, although I hope I will never need his services again!

Mr. Leppard and his team were able to get me plea deal for a second time dui. I was facing up to 9 months in jail and 5 year license suspension, due to the circumstances of the case. With the plea he was able to get for me, I faced no jail time and only 6 months license supsension. Without him I would have lost everything. Him and his team could have not been anymore professional, understanding, or caring. I would not hesitate to recommend or use his services again. Joel without a doubt lived up to his reputation and beyond.

I still can’t believe Joel got my case dismissed!! I had almost a perfect driving record prior to my DUI arrest. One night after driving home from a dinner with friend’s I was involved in an accident, it wasn’t my fault and I found myself in a situation I had never dreamed to be in. It was scary and I had little knowledge of what to do or who to speak with for help. I immediately started researching attorney’s and, after speaking to many different law offices, the moment I had my first conversation with Joel I knew he believed in me 100% and would fight for my case better than anyone else. He was aggressive and worked relentlessly on my case. I never doubted that he would get me the best possible outcome and I wasn’t wrong. My case was DISMISSED, we never even went to trial and I got the entire incident ERASED from my record.
