After a very bad experience with a previous attorney, I was worried about finding another one. After checking out a few firms, I ended up choosing Smith & Eulo. I specifically chose them after a conversation with Luz Root. She was compassionate and easy to talk to. It made a very hard situation easier. She was thorough, communicative, helpful, and successful with the motion I needed. I would recommend her 100%

Call 3 times a week for a month in a half asking for them to here my case for my family member, was told a lawyer would call me back never did call back and discussed how a simple we can't take the case or anything would have been better than a no response all I got was a Im sorry I just take the messages. this is sad

Communication is on point it's probably the only positive for me..maybe it was just this particular office but I Wish I had spent my money somewhere else, before you spend your money they say what all they're going to do, but just like many other attorneys once paid off you can kiss your freedom goodbye.

When I googled defense attorneys Ken Smith in Europe was the first one I chose and when I called within 5 minutes of talking with Ken a weight was lifted immensely and then he told me how much to retain him and I thought just like everyone else I lost him to my surprise he worked with me reassured me everything was going to be okay and now the case is finished I came out beautiful and he's been like a friend nicest person I've ever met and a man of his word he has integrity

Mr. Eulo represented my nephews case. He was always professional, and friendly. He always communicated to us in lament terms, and made sure we understood everything conveyed to us. When he first took our case money was an issue, and he worked with us, making his services affordable. In representing my nephew's case he was able to get the prosecution to reduce the sentence offered in a plea tremendously. Which is rare for the prosecution to lower there plea offer. My nephew took the plea, which is for a few months, rather than being sentenced for over 15 years if he was to be covicted. We are all happy with Mr. Eulo's service, and if we ever need an attorney, we would definatly hire him again. I further recommend his services to anyone needing a criminals defense attorney
