I needed helping negotiating a lease for one of my new candy stores. I tried to negotiate the lease by myself,at first. I have never trusted lawyers or thought I needed to pay for something I thought I could do myself. I quickly noticed I needed help as the landlord was trying to screw me. I hired Ken to represent me, and it was the best business decision I have ever made. He grinded for me every little detail of the lease to make sure I was protected.
