I was bombard by letters from my HOA that resulted in a pre-lawsuit with egregious demands. That change the minute I hired Mr. McGrath to represent me. He stood up for my rights and refused to concede an inch. If you are looking for a seasoned Attorney that will fight passionately on your behalf than he is your guy!

I was forced to file bankruptcy as it was my only option after my bank account was levied to $0 without notice that I had even been sued. She explained everything so thoroughly and answered questions to no end. Tanya (paralegal) was also very patient, knowledgeable, empathetic and kind. She took her time and answered even more questions. Stephanie responded in lightning fast speed and was always so supportive. They go the extra mile unlike the big firms you see on TV. They get to know the Clients and their needs. Jeff and his entire staff are respectful, caring, professional and treat you like family.
