I highly recommend Peter R. McGrath to anyone in the Central Florida Area who needs someone on their side when dealing with their HOA. When dealing with a complicated easement issue, Mr. McGrath was able to help me navigate the confusion due disagreements and turnover within my HOA BOD. Later, after construction had started, the HOA Attorney attempted to strong arm me into cancelling my project. Where to begin! My husband and I filed chapter 7 bankruptcy with the aide of Badgley Law Group. From our initial meeting with MaryElizabeth to our telephonic 341 meeting, she was with us all the way! Stephanie, the office manager thoroughly kept me updated both via email as well as by phone. Tanya, the PL who did our paperwork, was amazing; she dotted all I’s and crossed all T’s as she prepared our filing and stayed late into the evening as we did so. Super nice people. Professional yet personable. Quickly puts you at ease. They don't make you feel embarrassed or awkward. Very knowledgeable. I appreciated that they went over all the costs in detail. Had been to an attorney previously and they didn't include some of the costs in their quote. This is not an overnight process. There are a lot of documents you'll need to provide copies of, a detailed questionnaire to complete. Highly recommend you speak to them if you need their help.
