I am writing this google review on behalf of my attorney Peter j McGrath Who has his office at 801 N magnolia ave in Orlando Fl. I enlisted mr McGrath’s service when I had disagreed with rules of my HOA A board of directors has sweeping powers where i live and I felt intimidated by them. If you need an attorney for a problem you are having with your HOA - Home Owners Association/Board of Directors I highly recommend Mr. McGrath to handle the matter for you. Mr McGrath is very experienced with declarations and covenants which are part of an HOA guiding documents and he is skilled in advancing an argument to the Board of directors. I used the mediation process with him and found him to be strategic and he empowered me as an owner to give input to my case. I was highly satisfied with the outcome and feel that if you cannot solve an issue on your own with your HOA. Hire him to do it. His staff is superb, cordial, and work hard to assist is all areas of research needed to move forward.
