Every individual at this place is so respectful and caring. They are very people persons. Always patient and kind. They feel for your situation and work hard to help you come out of it. Badgley Law Group are the most helpful and personable group of individuals you can find in the Central Florida area. They make you feel you are the most important PERSON (not just a case) to them. We had the best experience with our case, Mr. Jeffry took the time to sit with us and show us how the process was possible for our family, helping us with our very difficult economic situation and giving us the best option for our bankruptcy. Tanya has gone the extra mile in our case and walked us through, step by step and Stefanie was wonderful to talk, always available and very helpful. Badgley Law Group made us feel very comfortable, understood and protected and this relieved our anxiety. Thank you so much for helping me and my family through a difficult time. My negative review is based on how BLG ran me around for close to 3 weeks. It is NOT based on them not taking my case. I did an intake with Mary Elizabeth on 10-28-19. She told me I wouldn't here back from them until the following Tuesday. Tuesday came & went with no call from BLG. I followed up with them multiple times all the way to 11-12-19 where I was told I would be contacted by the end of business. Nothing! On 11-13-19 I called BLG again during business hours (10:00 a.m.) & spoke with the intake service. The service forwarded my message to BLG. About 10 minutes later I received an email with a form letter attached stating they would not be taking my case. In my opinion I was owed a phone call as a professional courtesy at the very least. My advice to anyone looking to hire a lawyer is if you do not have access to your lawyer find one whom you do. From my personal experience I would not recommend Badgley Law Group.

Badgley lock group is the most caring practice I have found in the Orlando area they not only take care of you give you educational and personal guidance to your credit and the bankruptcy process Tanya Is very patient and she will guide you every way she can to make sure that the process is painless. Great service, education, professional thorough explanation and caring

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Badgley Law Group! I'm a veteran who has been going through alot financially I had alot of medical bills that the VA was supposed to take care of but they did not take care it which put me in a position to where I needed to file a bankruptcy. Before I first walked in I was nervous and not sure how things where going to go but once I took that first step in I was made comfortable and felt like I was at home. Stefanie and Tonya where both ABSOLUTELY amazing to work with. They were kind,caring, and extremely professional. If I ever had any questions and needed to call they were always there. Jeff was very understanding of my situation, he was very professional, and he REALLY cares about veterans. His actions as well as how he presented himself as being kind,courteous, and professional really showed how much he cared. The process went smooth. I had a couple meetings before my court date. Both meetings went well. Then my court date came along I wasn't at court long and it had gone incredibly smooth I was asked a few questions it went by quick and I was on my way. If you're in a position where you need to file a bankruptcy or you have any other issues in life to where you need a good lawyer I HIGHLY recommend Bagdley Law Group! Whatever you're going through I know it's stressful but the people at Badgley law group will ease that stress and help you make it through they did so for me and I have faith that they will do so for you!

They are the best! My bankruptcy was handled professionally and in sequence. I was alerted when need be and was kept in the loop as to what was happening. Mr. Badgley was unable to represent me in court due to unforeseen events, (these things happen) but not to worry, the person that represented me put me at ease still. So don't worry, their whole team is superb! No matter who represents you, they have great skill in what they do. Their whole team is dedicated and wants you to be in a good place. Mr. Badgley was also great in helping me with my money issue up front and did a great job in helping me get the best option for my bankruptcy. Tanya was my backbone to understanding the whole bankruptcy situation and worked very hard in putting the materials together. Stefanie was always so helpful in questions I had and if she didn't have the answer, she made sure to search for it and bring it to my attention. She's also wonderful to talk to as the face of Badgley, very congruent and confident, she put me at ease right away. At the time of my meeting the 'presiding judger' even commented on how organized Badgley presented their materials to the court - she was pleased. So I definitely recommend them, you will be pleased.

Jeff, Tanya and Stephanie made an incredibly difficult situation very easy to deal with. They were always available to answer my questions and walked me through every step. When it came time for my 341 meeting I was done in under 5 minutes because they had been so thorough preparing everything. The same couldnt be said for others who went at it alone. With something this important I could not be happier with my choice of choosing Badgley Law to handle my case!
