We went to Olsen Law Group to make a Trust for us. We are very impressed by Ms Chris Merrill. She was very patient with us , answered all our questions clearly and thoroughly. We’ve used The Olsen Law Group PA a number of times for multiple purposes, always with excellent results. Attorney Robert Hidock educated us and began helping us with Medicaid planning to protect my father’s sizeable estate. Sadly, Dad passed away before it was needed. My wife and I then had Robert create our Estate Plan, so we’d be prepared with wills, living wills, healthcare directives, DNRs, and other important documents. As Trustee of my parent’s estate, when I sold my parent’s house, Tom Olsen and his team prepared the deed, dealt with trust issues, totally handled the closing and got us paid. That process was easy and seamless for us and the buyers. When my daughter chose to buy back her half of her house from her ex-husband, Tom Olsen crafted the warranty deed and mortgage loan, took care of recording those completed documents, and dealt with the attorneys on the other side. I highly recommend the Olsen Law Group, and plan to use them again whenever I need legal help, especially concerning real estate and end-of-life issues. -Mike
