As part of our planning journey, my wife and I consulted with Chris Merrill about preparing durable powers of attorney to designate a representative to handle our financial affairs should either of us become incapacitated. Chris listened to our needs and made sure we understood the benefits of these documents. Subsequently, a family member had difficulty obtaining medical information regarding a spouse, so we asked Chris to prepare medical powers of attorney for each of us. The documents were promptly prepared, a convenient appointment was made, and the documents were signed and notarized. From our initial call, to the execution of the documents, Chris made us feel comfortable with our decisions. My wife and I enthusiastically recommend Chris and the Olson Law group for your legal needs!

Im not even sure where to truly begin- this was the best decision we could have ever made. We hired Alexis Richards to handle the estate of my late father and she was SO much more than just an attorney helping us settle his probate. She was a calming voice, a friend through the process, someone who understood we were grieving and never took advantage of that. She is incredibly knowledgeable and will absolutely do what is in the best interest of you the client- and not what will make the firm more money. Not to mention she talked with us for 45 minutes explaining the process FOR FREE! This is the only firm who did this. She is incredibly responsive via phone or email and truly goes above and beyond. I know she is busy and in high demand but you would never know it- she makes you feel like you are her only client and only priority! I wish I could give 10 stars. In a sea of people trying to take advantage of your grief she is a complete breath of fresh air. Do not hesitate to hire her, it will be the best decision you will make.

I needed some help to get my husband qualified for Medicaid. The Olsen group (Robert and Lindsay) went above and beyond to get the job done for me. I was not prepared for my husband getting Alzheimer at such a young age. They are so professional and can help with all your estate planning also. I have to make an appt with Holley next for my will. Quick and simple

Very good and made sure we understood what we were getting and needed. They took their time with us didn’t make us feel rushed pressured. Explain everything to us in detail which is important when you have 80 year-old parents who need the understanding and guidance.
