I have been a client of Mr. Olsen for 6 years but my Husband has been a client of Mr. Olsen for many years before I came into the picture. The staff is just as friendly and professional as Mr. Olsen it is always a pleasant visit could not ask for a better Lawyer and or Law firm.

Mr. Olsen was extremely kind and compassionate while explaining the Probate process. He took his time and went over something when I didn't understand. I would definitely recommend this firm.

After enjoying Mr. Olsen's radio show for many years I was in a position where I needed a one item of legal advice about my role as an estate executor. While I did research the needed info, I wanted to fully meet my fiduciary duties and posed a question to Mr. Olsen, who answered that question, as well as a follow-up question promptly. I feel much better now about my responsibilities. It is rare in today's litigious society that a non-client can have access to a respected attorney without involving fees and office visits. Thanks again Mr. Olsen.

The receptionist was very nice and friendly but unfortunately Rob, the attorney I spoke with, was very rude. I had a few questions about my situation but he was unwilling to address what I was actually saying and kept trying to pass me off. He did not seem interested at all in trying to help and kept repeating the same things that weren't relevant to what I was saying. I was hopeful for a positive experience but that unfortunately was not the case. I definitely do not recommend this to anyone.

While the office is small, the lawyer that I have worked with is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and not judgemental. They know every little Nuance of the law and use it to the clients Advantage whenever possible. It seems the knowledge of the little things are what give the greatest results. Without them, I would be in an apartment with a roommate by now.

Very friendly staff. Tom Olsen reviewed my existing will and said nothing needed to be changed, which I thought it did since I had recently purchased a home. He also advised me of a few other items I didn’t know about that would avoid my family having to go through probate. I was very pleased with the service and how quickly everything was done.
